The quickest way is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.
Anything else
You can also ask me to limit how I use your data, object to how I use it, or send you a copy to take elsewhere. Just write and tell me what you’d like — no special wording needed.
Some information, such as payment records, I’m required by law to keep for a set time. If that applies to your request, I’ll tell you.
