What I offer
One-to-one Focusing sessions, online by video call, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
- A first conversation: 15 minutes, free, with no obligation.
- A Focusing session: 50 minutes, €70. This is the final price, with nothing added.
What this work is, and isn’t
This is Focusing companionship, coaching and education. It isn’t psychotherapy or any kind of medical or psychological treatment: I don’t diagnose or treat any condition, and sessions don’t replace care from health professionals.
If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please call your local emergency number straight away (112 in Portugal and across the EU).
Booking and payment
- You book through my online calendar (Cal.com).
- After you book, I email you the payment details and hold your place for 24 hours. Your session is confirmed once payment arrives.
- Payment is made in advance. If you’d like a receipt or invoice, just ask.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice, and I’ll refund you in full or find a new time. With less notice, the fee isn’t refundable, because I hold that time just for you — unless your legal right to cancel, below, applies. Genuine emergencies happen, and I’ll always consider those case by case.
If I ever have to cancel, you choose: a new time or a full refund.
Your legal right to cancel
Because you book at a distance, Portuguese and EU consumer law (Decree-Law 24/2014) gives you 14 days from the day you book to cancel, without giving any reason.
- If you cancel within those 14 days and before your session has taken place, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel after a session has started, you pay only for the part already given.
- If you book a session that falls within those 14 days, you’re asking me to provide it during that period. Once it has fully taken place, it can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, just send me a clear message by email or WhatsApp. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to.
- I’ll refund you within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
Where this right and my cancellation policy above differ, your legal right always prevails.

Complaints
If something isn’t right, please tell me first — I’d genuinely like to know, and I’ll do my best to put it right.
You can also use Portugal’s official electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
Resolving disputes out of court
If we can’t resolve a disagreement together, you can turn to a Portuguese alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes (Law 144/2015):
